Vancouver Fashion Week April 12-17, 2011

One of Canada's premier destinations for fashion industry insiders, designers, buyers, and editors, Vancouver Fashion Week attracts fashion lovers from around the world for its feature of global, diverse, and high quality attire. Established designers, such as Red Jade, Kersh and Eva Chen, are joined by local up-and-coming couturiers to showcase their creations on the runway. Since its beginnings in 2000, VFW has grown to prominence with its multicultural focus and unabashed celebration of the beauty of fashion.

And why should you be here?

For one week, creative minds and fashion-savvy consumers will be connected at world class venues to experience the future of this year's fashion. Already praised in the past for 'inject[ing] a shot of energy into the local style scene' (Vancouver Sun, April 10 2010), and titled a 'spectacular show of exceptional talent' (Georgia Straight, April 2 2009), this 17th season promises to bring VFW to a new level. For one week in April, local and international media will focus on the excitement and glamour on the runways in the heart of our city.
