Tell me again, why do I need a Citi bank account in India? I received notification of the offering in my inbox this morning. This could be so incredibly useful for paying my utility bills in India. What's Citi's share price today? oh yea, mid $2! I particularly like the enticing pieces like the DVD's, the waiver on minimum balance, but most of all, the "warm regards". But for now, thanks I'll pass.
