Today's Reckoning - waiting with baited breath

And nobody is talking. Not Bernie. Not his CFO. Not his brother. Not his sons. Certainly not Ruth. Not anyones lawyers. Not their publicists. Reminds me of Sargent Schultz on Hogan's Heros. I see nothing. I hear nothing. I know nothing.

What this means is that there will be no efforts to pin a conspiracy charge on Uncle Bernie, and it is precisely that which held up any plea deal with the Feds. They wanted it and Bernie wasn't going there. How is it that the accused remains in control of such aspects under these circumstances. Human and legal rights and all, sure, but I guess I have a greater expectation of accountability and responsibility.

UPDATE1: And Jail it is. Guilty plea is in. He's going to the tank.
