Even in semi-retirement, Garth Brooks remains a country legend. He plays a sold-out show in Calgary July 12.

This was a more than a little memorable event. As is said about Garth Brooks ~ those that don't even have country music on their music device enjoy his shows. Entertaining in every respect. He is to many the king of country. $68/ticket. What a deal. Its sad to hear of those that paid hundred's of dollars for 'fake' tickets. That would be a devastating experience. And in Garth's words, he ain't worth the hundreds and thousands that some people paid. But market demands are ~ well, market demands. Parking, normally $20/stall, exploded to $50/stall. Though there are always those stories of the good Samaritan ~ the stampeder that's leaving and the concert goer that is arriving. Don't ya just love awesome consequences. A magical night.
