Bioplastic - the plastic wrap that's good enough to eat (2:07)
Sept. 25 - Argentine researchers have developed an edible, biodegradable alternative to conventional plastic for use in bags and as food wrappings. Called bio-plastic, the material is made of plant-based starches which the scientists say, pose no danger to digestive systems or the environment. Tara Cleary reports. ( Transcript )
