I had the pleasure of meeting Bill Gallagher more than 10 years ago, and we have just reconnected on LinkedIn only recently. We worked together on a project that examined resource rights in what is now offshore Nunavut. A very memorable project for me. Bill has written a book that unveils his life perspective, and his experiences (and thoughts) along the way. I am seriously looking forward to reading his work.
