Trans Mountain Pipeline ULC (Trans Mountain), filed a Project Description on 23 May 2013 describing its proposed project to expand the Trans Mountain Pipeline system.
A Project Description describes a project that a company expects to file an application for at a later date. The Project Description provides preliminary information to the NEB, which allows the Board to initiate preparatory processes in anticipation of that application.
