FLOOD WATCH: Monitoring Alberta's River Basins (AESRD)

The Province has an extensive monitoring program and system in place.  These data are publicly available.  The figures presented below include the Peace-Athabasca, Bow, and Oldman Sub-basins - and an illustration of flow (m3/s) over the annual open water period.  The 'range' is presented with a channel with dotted lines.  The dark blue is current year.  I suspect we will see the station at Ft. Fitzgerald show elevated levels as these flood water reach further down the system - in the Case of the Bow > Oldman > South Saskatchewan or Peace-Athabasca > Slave.  Watching and Learning.
